Here are the terms for reservations, event tickets and refunds — clear and without fine print.

Who we are

Table reservation

A reservation is a request that we confirm separately (by phone or Telegram). We reserve the right to decline or move a reservation in case of force majeure or full capacity.

Sale of event tickets

Tickets for paid events are purchased online via Stripe. The price is in euro (EUR); for reference we also show the leva equivalent at the fixed rate of 1 € = 1.95583 BGN. Seats are limited and sold while available.

Cancellation and refunds

If we cancel an event, we refund the full amount of paid tickets. For leisure services tied to a specific performance date, the 14-day right of withdrawal may not apply under EU consumer law — the exact voluntary refund conditions will be confirmed here before launch (TODO_§16). If anything goes wrong, always message us — we find a solution.

Consumer protection

As an EU consumer you have rights under applicable consumer protection law. You may also refer a dispute to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
